Tomorrow is a social app for watching short-form opinion videos, making free predictions, and earning virtual gems for participation. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we collect and use information.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

Email address, username or profile name, profile photo (optional), content you create such as videos or comments, and messages or reports you submit to us.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Basic device information, such as device type and operating system
  • App usage information, such as screens viewed and actions taken
  • Crash and performance data
  • Analytics and diagnostics data, which may be associated with your account or device

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the app
  • To personalize your experience
  • To power prediction features, gem balances, and in-app progression
  • To fulfill reward redemptions you request, including sending eligible data to gift-card fulfillment partners
  • To respond to support requests
  • To send important updates about the app
  • To enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • To analyze usage and improve performance

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share limited data with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the app:

  • Authentication and account management (for example, Privy)
  • Analytics and product insights (for example, PostHog)
  • App delivery, build, and update infrastructure (for example, Expo / EAS)
  • Cloud hosting and database providers
  • Reward fulfillment partners who issue gift cards or other rewards you redeem
  • Customer support tools

Additional Sharing

We may also disclose information (1) to comply with applicable laws, legal process, or governmental requests, (2) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ponder Labs, our users, or the public, (3) to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms, and (4) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure information remains protected.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, or by emailing hello@weponder.io from the email address on your account. Account deletion removes your profile and the content you created (such as videos, comments, and predictions) and cannot be undone. We will complete deletion or anonymization of your personal data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Some information may persist in backups or aggregated, de-identified form.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the rights listed above and also the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any California right, contact us at hello@weponder.io. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

European Privacy Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights listed above under the GDPR or UK GDPR. Our legal bases for processing your personal data include (1) performance of our contract with you when providing the app, (2) our legitimate interests in improving, securing, and promoting the app, (3) your consent where required, and (4) compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you contact us we may transfer your data to the United States using appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Tomorrow is intended for users ages 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@weponder.io.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
