What Tomorrow Is

Tomorrow is a free social app where users:

• Watch short opinion videos
• Make free predictions using virtual gems
• See how others voted
• Follow creators and participate in discussions

Eligibility

Tomorrow is intended for users ages 13 and older. By using the app you confirm you meet this age requirement. We may further restrict or decline service in jurisdictions where any feature of the app, including reward redemption, is not permitted.

Not a Gambling Service

Tomorrow is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service. Predictions are free, no entry fee or purchase is required, and gems cannot be purchased. Nothing in Tomorrow involves real-money wagering or a chance to win money. Predictions are for entertainment only.

Virtual Gems

Tomorrow uses virtual gems as in-app points for participation and progress.

• All gems used in Tomorrow are virtual points
• Gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency
• Gems are not purchased; they are earned through participation
• Gems may be awarded for activity such as participation, streaks, creator activity, and engagement milestones, including promotional rewards we may offer from time to time
• Predictions in Tomorrow are free and for entertainment purposes only
• Tomorrow is a free-to-play experience

Rewards and Redemption

From time to time we may let you redeem gems for rewards made available inside the app, such as third-party gift cards. Redemption is optional and subject to the following:

• No purchase is ever necessary to earn gems or redeem rewards
• Gems are earned through participation and are not a prize of chance
• Rewards are offered while supplies last and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice
• Eligibility may be limited based on account standing, age, geographic location, or applicable law, and some rewards may not be available in all jurisdictions
• Gift cards and other third-party rewards are issued and fulfilled by the applicable brand or fulfillment partner and are governed by that provider's own terms and conditions
• Ponder Labs, Inc. is the sponsor of any promotional rewards offered in the app
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or misused reward codes once delivered to you
• Gems are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire if your account is closed or inactive for an extended period
• We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse gem balances or redemptions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, bugs, or violation of these Terms

Account Rules

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login secure
• Not create multiple abusive accounts
• Not impersonate others

User Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including videos, comments, and any other material you submit. You retain ownership of your content, and by posting it you grant Ponder Labs, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app and its related promotional contexts, for as long as we operate the service.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal
• Abusive or harassing
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Violent or graphic
• Sexual or exploitative
• Spam or misleading
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights

Intellectual Property and DMCA

The Tomorrow name, logo, and app design are the property of Ponder Labs, Inc. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@weponder.io including (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the material you claim is infringing and where it appears in the app, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) your signature.

Reporting and Safety

Tomorrow has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report takes from the take viewer, report comments in discussion threads, and block abusive users in the app. Blocking hides that user's current and future takes and comments from your experience. We review reported material and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate predictions, rankings, or rewards
• Use bots or automation
• Harass other users
• Reverse engineer the app
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Tomorrow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of content, predictions, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomorrow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the app will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where we consider the change material, use reasonable efforts to notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the changes.
